Lemonade Diet
The lemonade diet was created by a man named Stanley Burroughs in the year 1941. Also known as the “Master Cleanse” or the “Master Cleanse detox diet” the lemonade diet consists of eating no solid food while the detoxification is taking place. The ingredients in a lemonade diet include a mixture of fresh lemon juice, grade B maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Some individuals choose to also take a laxative to help move the lemonade diet along even faster but that is up to the person on the lemonade detox diet. The maximum amount of time that is required for the lemonade diet is 10 days although some people choose to stay on it longer. No more than 14 or 15 days is recommended at any one time for health reasons. The master cleanser lemonade diet is geared more towards detoxification than weight loss as it facilitates the elimination of waste that have built up in the body over time. Testimonials from those who have tried the lemonade diet say that it has made it possible for them to lose a few pounds as well as increasing their energy levels and helping to improve chronic health conditions. Others who look upon the fasting diet lemonade detox recipe with more trepidation say that it is unhealthy for the average individual and far too restrictive. Yet others fall halfway in between and say that the lemonade diet has benefits but it should not be followed for anymore than 5 to 6 days in a row. |

Always remember to put your health first, even before your desire to lost weight, have more energy and so on. No matter whether you choose a lemonade diet for detoxification or not, make healthy living your number one priority. Always seek to live a healthy life, in regards to eating, exercise, rest and keeping levels of stress under control. Healthy living also means getting enough sleep as lack of sleep often causes the body to overcompensate in other areas and this could mean eating far too much during the daytime. A lack of rest can also disable the immune system so viruses are more likely to find their way into your body. Healthy living also takes into account physical activity and how you get it is not important, just make sure you keep active on a daily basis.
